Protein is found in abundance in eggs and it is also very important for health.  Often people like to eat boiled egg in breakfast, but you can also make Biryani for it in lunch.  So let's know the recipe of egg Biryani.

In today's lunch recipe I will share everyone's favorite egg biryani recipe .

 biryani is vegetarian or non-vegetarian, its taste and smell is enough to increase your appetite.  Egg biryani is the best option for those who like non-vegetarian biryani less and vegetarian biryani more. 

 The taste of this biryani makes you satisfy both the tastes.  You can easily make it at your home also.  The recipe of making  Egg Biryani is very easy.  

What you need to make it and how to make it, we are telling you in this recipe.  Know the right way to make it because if the method of making it is not right then its taste will also not taste good.

Egg biryani recipe

Ingredients -

other ingredients -

  basmati rice -300 gm

 boiled  eggs -6

 curd -100 gm

milk -100 ml 

 coriander powder -1/2tsp

 turmeric powder-1/2 tsp

 red chili  powder - 1 tsp

garam masala -1 tsp

 Biryani masala powder -1 tsp

Cumin powder -1/2 tsp

Chopped coriander leaves -few

Chopped Mint leaves - few

Ginger paste -1 teaspoon

Garlic paste -1 teaspoon

  Clove -2

 Cardamom -2

Black pepper -4

Cinnamon -1

  Bay leaf -1

Star anise -1

Salt As per taste 

For marination -

salt -1 pinch

Turmeric powder - 1 pinch

Red chili powder -1 pinch

For Rice -

Water -2 litter

bay leaf- 1

cinnamon stick -1

Cardamom -4 pieces

clove -4 pieces

black pepper -4 pieces

lemon juice -1 teaspoon

Salt to taste

White oil -1 teaspoon

Preparation -

1.Wash the rice 2 -3 times with water and soak it in water for 1 hour.  

2.Cut the onions into slices.

How to cook rice for biryani.  

1.Heat 2 liters of water to boil . When the water is boil,add bay leaf,4  clove,4 cardamom,1 cinnamon stick ,4 black pepper,1 tablespoon of white oil,1 teaspoon of salt,1 teaspoon of lemon juice and mix it.

2.Now add washed rice and boil for 80% on medium flame.(approx 5-7 minutes).

3.When the rice is cooked 80% then switch off the gas and take it out.& Drain the water from the rice,keep it aside.

|Healthy Egg Recipes for Lunch

Marination Eggs

1. Take boiled eggs in a bowl.add 1 pinch salt,1 pinch turmeric powder,1 pinch red chilli powder and mix well prick with fork very important.

2.Now put a frying pan on a gas, add 1/4 cups of oil .

3.When the oil is hot add slices onions and fry it until brown  .

4.Once it golden brown drain exces oil and remove them out.

5.Now add marinated eggs in that oil and fry it until brown and taka it out .

6.Now add 1 bat leaf,2 clove,2 cardamom,4 black pepper,1 cinnamon ,1 star anise and fry for few seconds.

7.Next add ginger garlic paste and chopped green chillies and saute it for a minute on low flame.

8.Add 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder,1/2 teaspoon coriander powder,1/2 teaspoon  cumin powder,1 teaspoon red chilli powder,1 teaspoon garam masala powder,1 teaspoon biryani masala powder & 1/2 teaspoon of salt and mix with all ingredients for 1-2 minutes on low - medium heat.

9.Now add tomato puree and mix it .

10.Add 3/4 of the fried onions in it and Mix well until the oil separates from the spices.  

11.When the oil will start to separate from the spice ,add fried eggs & 1/2 cups of water and mix well.

12.Now add curd and beat well in low flame and cover,simmer until oil separate .(approx 4-5 minutes).

How to make layer -

1.After 4 minutes, remove the lid and separate  one by one with fried onions, chopped coriander leaves & mint leaves on top.

2.Now spread boiled rice on it.

3.Now spread one by one 1 teaspoon of food colour,1 table spoon of ghee,few chopped coriander leaves,few chopped mint leaves & 1/2 teaspoon of salt and cover it for 3-4 minutes on medium flame ,then simmer 10 minutes.

After 10 minutes , switch off the gas .
Egg Biryani is ready to serve
